中醫眼科病證：

【疾病﹝Disease﹞】：暴風客熱﹝Acute_catarrhal_and_allergic_conjunctivitis﹞：

暴風客熱﹝Acute_catarrhal_and_allergic_conjunctivitis﹞是因風熱之邪突然侵目，白睛粹然紅赤，生眵﹝eye_discharge﹞流淚的眼病。

　相當於某些急性卡他性結膜炎﹝Acute_catarrhal_conjuntivitis﹞和過敏性結膜炎﹝allergic_conjunctivitis﹞。

【診斷﹝Diagnosis﹞】：

　ㄅ、驟然發病，胞瞼紅腫﹝edema_of_the_eyelids﹞，白晴紅赤，甚則白睛赤腫隆起，高於黑睛，多眵﹝eye_discharge﹞。治不及時，葉致黑睛邊緣生翳。

　ㄆ、瞼內面紅赤，粟粒叢生。嚴重者可見附有灰白色偽膜﹝Psudomembrane﹞，易於擦去，但又複生。

　ㄇ、患眼沙澀，灼痛﹝scorching_pain﹞，刺癢，畏光﹝Photophobia﹞，眵﹝eye_discharge﹞淚膠粘。可伴惡寒發熱﹝aversion_to_cold_with_fever﹞，鼻塞﹝snuffle﹞流涕等症。

【證候分類﹝SC﹞】：

　ㄅ、風重於熱：胞瞼﹝eyelid﹞微紅，白睛紅赤﹝hyperemia_of_ocular_conjunctiva﹞，癢澀並作，羞明多淚，伴見頭痛﹝Headache﹞鼻塞﹝snuffle﹞，惡風發熱。舌紅﹝red_tongue﹞，苔薄白，脈浮數。

　ㄆ、熱重於風：胞瞼紅腫﹝edema_of_the_eyelids﹞，白睛紅赤﹝hyperemia_of_ocular_conjunctiva﹞壅腫，熱淚如湯。或眵﹝eye_discharge﹞多膠結，怕熱畏光﹝Photophobia﹞，口乾﹝xwrostomia﹞溺黃。舌紅﹝red_tongue﹞，苔黃﹝yellow_tongue_fur﹞，脈數﹝rapid_pulse﹞。

　ㄇ、風熱俱盛：胞瞼紅腫﹝edema_of_the_eyelids﹞，白睛紅赤﹝hyperemia_of_ocular_conjunctiva﹞壅腫，瞼內面或有偽膜﹝Psudomembrane﹞。患眼沙澀，灼熱，疼痛。舌紅﹝red_tongue﹞，苔黃﹝yellow_tongue_fur﹞，脈數﹝rapid_pulse﹞。

【療效評定﹝TA﹞】：

　ㄅ、治癒：白睛紅腫消退，症狀消失。

　ㄆ、好轉：白睛紅腫減退，症狀減輕。

　ㄇ、未癒：諸症不減，甚或發生變證。
